The statistics are in, we have some problems folks. Childhood obesity is an issue that is not only affecting millions of americans today but it is looking like this will also be a huge burden on our society for years to come.
The good news is yesterday’s first ever Food Revolution Day led by Jamie Oliver was a hit and reached people in 58 countries around the globe. Folks came together to share basic food knowledge and to celebrate fresh and simple food. Oliver was able to elevate the simple act of eating a healthy meal into a revolutionary statement.
